The Baroness Hotel is a historic 1930's building on First Hill in Seattle. Built in the art deco style, the hotel is embellished with a rich tapestry of decorative elements. With 62 rooms, it caters almost exclusively to people who are visiting Seattle for medical treatment. The project consisted of the renovation of the lobby, foyer and other common spaces. The original art deco elements were restored while new work was done in keeping with the original style.
